Have you ever read about work culture 5.0? No? That does not surprise me because I have just created this term.

Work culture 5.0 opens new dimensions of mutual working. We have dealt a lot with all 4.0 aspects. We still are facing all the challenges of the "C" pandemic.

It is exactly the right moment to focus on what gives us security: our mutual (work) culture. A culture of mutual encouraging and promoting, an appreciative attitude. A culture of mutual understanding and listening.
