During the last months I was happy to lead the vision and strategic processes of diverse teams of two internationally acting companies.The results are really great, all involved people are enthusiastic about what became possible by their motivated teamwork.

Once again it showed the importance of mutual respect, appreciation, and trust as a framework for thinking big and constructive work.

….. and of course, asking the right questions which lead in an appreciative way in a positive direction is crucial for co-creation processes like those.
