Purpose and joy (and why there is often no need for cooking recipes)

I am a sense-oriented being (referring to Viktor E. Frankl’s approach).

Just this week I had a fulfilling day with one of my favourite clients where I could live this up.

We worked with a diverse group on the topic of "Intercultural Sensitisation", which comprised reflecting, discussing, playing, accompanied by bits of knowledge in between.

It was a very lively day, not only for me, but also for the attendees, as I was told.

For me, the best thing about it was the participants‘ summary during the final reflection, that for them, mutual #respect and a change of #perspective were the base for successful #communication, and that there was still so much to be done in #intercultural cooperation, in the area of #diversity, or rather in any field of human interaction.

What does this show to me? A vivid and open atmosphere gives free space for playful thought processes and #agile actions, encourages people to think independently and act proactively. This does not require step-by-step instructions.

Working days like this make me absolutely happy, because I see my #purpose in my work fulfilled as I was able to move people and inspire them.

P.S.: I found one young participant (#generationz ) particularly remarkable. During the week she has a full time job, on two weekends per month she volunteers as a paramedic. Chapeau!
