Last week I was happy to work in the beautiful, mystical Waldviertel again. This time the topic was Self Leadership. We worked intensively and had very interesting discussions.

When I talk about my work, I am sometimes asked how Self Leadership and Intercultural Communication go together. I think they go very well together.

Here and there it is about

💎 taking responsibility for one's own actions,

💎 recognising and dissolving limiting thought patterns,

💎 how to work on our positive and constructive mindset,

💎 knowing our own values and how they interact with our environment,

💎 and to keep an open and curious mind.
